Technical characteristics

SIME ECS (Electrode Control System) is a fully dynamic system allowing a complete digital and automatic regulation of electrodes and a real time diagnostic for both Electric Arc Furnaces and Ladle Furnaces. The regulation allows to maintain constant the “electric” working point.

SIME ECS permits the optimization of the melting process increasing the energy use efficiency with a short pay-back period. Some main advantages:
